By accessing or using 38-0, you agree to these Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service. The game is offered as a free browser experience and may change as its player pool, simulation, and community features evolve.

You may use 38-0 for personal, non-commercial entertainment, share links to lineups and results, and discuss those results with other football fans. You may link to public pages and quote short portions of original explanatory content with appropriate attribution.

You may not disrupt the service, probe it for vulnerabilities without authorization, automate abusive traffic, manipulate leaderboards, impersonate another person, upload or submit unlawful material, or use the service to infringe the rights of others. Access may be limited when reasonably necessary to protect the game or its users.

An account is optional. If you sign in, you are responsible for activity performed through your session and for maintaining control of the connected Google account. Do not attempt to access another user's history or identity.

Nicknames used for leaderboards and challenges can be public. Choose a name you have the right to use and do not include private information, harassment, hate speech, or misleading claims of affiliation. Public entries may be hidden or removed when needed to address abuse or legal concerns.

Club-season records, positions, alternate positions, ratings, and attributes are curated inputs for a game. They may contain omissions, simplifications, or errors and are not an official statistical record. Ratings reflect editorial modelling choices and should not be presented as official values supplied by a player, club, competition, FIFA, UEFA, EA Sports, or any other publisher.

Season results are randomly generated entertainment. They do not predict real matches, evaluate a person's professional ability, or support betting, financial, recruitment, or sporting decisions. The Methodology explains the broad model and its limitations.

38-0 is an independent, unofficial fan project. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the Premier League, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, Ligue 1, FIFA, UEFA, a football club, a player, or a commercial football-game publisher.

Club names, competition names, player names, and other third-party marks belong to their respective owners. Their descriptive use does not imply ownership or endorsement. Original site code, interface elements, writing, and branding remain subject to their applicable rights and licences.

The service is provided on an as-available basis. Features, player records, rules, scoring, URLs, and stored results may be corrected, changed, interrupted, or discontinued. We do not guarantee continuous availability, preservation of every share link, or compatibility with every browser and device.

These terms may be revised when the service or applicable requirements change. Continued use after an updated version is published means you accept the revised terms from its effective date.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, 38-0 is provided without warranties of accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or uninterrupted operation. Use the service at your own discretion. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Questions about these terms can be submitted through the project's public issue tracker. Do not post passwords, tokens, or other sensitive personal information in a public issue.
